In this role, you will identify, analyze, quantify and influence logistics requirements to support the weapon system including spares, Support Equipment, technical data, training, facilities, and personnel.
In this role, the selected candidate will enter all reported issues into the tracking system in a consistent manner including detailed documentation of the issues, resolutions and concerns regarding inquiries from clients/users for tracking purposes and trend analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing liaison, and develop test specifications and integration, and equipment sell-off.Design efforts will range from modification of existing designs to new designs.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide end-to-end complex technical support via telephone, email and/or chat; utilize various logical thought processes and troubleshooting techniques to remediate customer issues.
