The Registered Nurse / RN provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The Registered Nurse / RN develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, evaluating and developing nursing plan considering the patient and family's individual, cultural, ethnic and religious values and beliefs.
In this role, you will assess residents and identify and document residents problems, symptoms, or behavioral changes; implement and provide care in accordance with the assessed resident care needs and medical condition.
In this role, you will oversee and provide primary care, including all clinical care, palliative care, and symptom control and identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
