System Administrator is responsible for providing the overall on-site maintenance and support of the system. The System Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns raised by users.

Provide innovative approaches and ideas that improve global operation and support processes. Prioritizes internal infrastructure projects given resource restraints and known external solutions such as EDM.
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting Operation's objectives throughout the LTC division structure. Inlcuding Standard Operating Procedures, current best practices, standardization of these procedures and operational initiatives as assigned.
Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
