Generate new lead sources and develop new networking relationships; sell the full suite of services to new and existing customers; generate and sell high margin solutions by targeting on-net and near-net prospects.
The Director works directly with the campus administrator and the executive team on the campus to develop and implement business development initiatives that are in harmony with the campuss strategic plan and priorities.
Serve as a key leader in the critical growth engine for company by contributing to the securing of large, multi-year services contracts for the payer, provider, pharmacuetical, and life sciences market.
Ensures the integration of fiscal Supplier goals and planned account goals with state level programming and promotion business plans. Secures agreement on pricing approach, standards, and process/procedures.
Lead, and be ultimately responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration, revenue and margin metrics, client satisfaction, product and client diversification, and ongoing compliance with regulatory, quality, accreditation, delegation, and contractual requirements of Company products and services;
Identifying operational opportunities that should be developed to improve sales efficiencies and enhance the current business model for WVO sales operations. Recommending programs, processes, and tools with highest level of impact to site, regional, and corporate leaders for implementation.
