As a Corporate Markets Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling into and developing new business across all industries, and you will play a key role in growing Pegas business within an assigned territory.
As a Staffing Manager, you will sell our services to prospective local clients, build existing client relationships, recruit and place administrative professionals. In a sales capacity, you will market to clients by phone, conduct client meetings and participate in networking events.
Develop and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objectives. Create and implement account acquisition and growth strategy, including developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
In this role, the selected candidate will foster, promote and facilitate cross-selling of company-wide services and capabilities; identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the companys mission.
Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with Workplace Sales Support, Underwriting, Compliance, Policyholder Services, Premium Administration, ITS, Commission Accounting, Home Office Personnel and Allstate Field Management.
Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrates a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
As an outside field representative, will educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts in a predetermined geographic territory and enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business these accounts may produce.
