The Sourcer partners with Recruiters throughout Express Scripts Operations Talent Acquisition team to build talent pipelines for key positions. He or she collaborates with the Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies driven by external market data and internal conditions to attract active and passive candidates.
In this position, you will research, design, and development in such areas as mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, thermodynamic, or heat transfer for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy.
In this role, you will develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans in collaboration with hiring managers in an effort to build a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of highly qualified candidates is established.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team, database administration and research to target organizations to provide appropriate candidate prospects. This role require effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team in order to effectively manage all matters independently.
