In this role, you will perform duties including attracting, screening and recruiting candidates.
Open positions, source candidates, manage interview logistics and coordinate offers with applicant and business.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in Boolean keywords writing, searching and screening resumes; experience with any 2 of the following: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, The Ladders, Indeed and LinkedIn.
In this role, the selected candidate will include ensuringfull cycle recruitment is performed on all of the positions you support, keeping Hiring Managers, Operations and RDHRs up to date on all recruitment efforts, assist with the training of new hiring managers on recruitment strategies to achieve business plan objectives.
