In this role, you will perform duties including attracting, screening and recruiting candidates.
Open positions, source candidates, manage interview logistics and coordinate offers with applicant and business.
In this role, the selected candidate will be developing recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search; writing and coordinating organization of web page content; creating Applicant Tracking System requisitions and job board postings, and position-specific screening questionnaires.
Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting - sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in Boolean keywords writing, searching and screening resumes; experience with any 2 of the following: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, The Ladders, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers, community organizations and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
