The position of CS Ops Tech Support (also referred to as the myWireless/myWorld Testing and Release Manager) is responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities associated for various AT&T websites and applications. The UAT testing for this position will be focused on the myATT Account, Sales, Support, and OPSS websites. The selected candidate will be responsible for the Account Management, EBPP, Support, OPSS, Support, and Sales existing customer application testing based on their assigned areas.
In this role, the selected candidate will enter all reported issues into the tracking system in a consistent manner including detailed documentation of the issues, resolutions and concerns regarding inquiries from clients/users for tracking purposes and trend analysis.
In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and actively participate in technical trade studies, risk management assessments, as well as package presentations to support those as well as operational assessments, review boards, and forums.
