The Regional Sales Executive will represent our brand new building products division in their assigned territories to sell all building products within our catalogue and our installed services to key decision makers of the multifamily industry; including Owners, General Contractors, Designers, etc.
This is the ideal role for the individual who enjoys being on the go and out of the office, where you will have the opportunity to "own your day" every day, while meeting new people and educating them on all the great services and products Spectrum provides.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of time outside of the office calling on prospective customers and following up on sales leads as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to sell the customer on continued use of Insperitys services, ensure customer service, and facilitate yearly renewals.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation opportunities.
Manage growth and retention in an assigned territory. Provides ongoing service and problem solving in the assigned territory. The sde must speak fluently, eloquently, and have the ability to hold an intellectual debate.
