Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory, including C - level executives. Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.
The Regional Sales Executive will represent our brand new building products division in their assigned territories to sell all building products within our catalogue and our installed services to key decision makers of the multifamily industry; including Owners, General Contractors, Designers, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation opportunities.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of time outside of the office calling on prospective customers and following up on sales leads as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to sell the customer on continued use of Insperitys services, ensure customer service, and facilitate yearly renewals.
