The help desk supports Solaris Unix Administration, networking, NT/XP administration, printer troubleshooting, database administration, HP Unix administration, HP Openview monitoring, hardware replacement/troubleshooting, and custom Harris software.
In this role, you will be responsible to
communicate, review, validate, and approve month-end close process, to include accruals, site fees, premium credits, and safe-house tours for site sales and marketing departments ensuring timely submission to corporate accounting.
The Operations Manager provides strong and visible leadership to Branch Supervisors, Route Drivers and Warehouse Technicians providing stability, support and direction to achieve company goals. The Operations Manager ensures team members adhere to all the laws and regulations governing company operations including but not limited to FDA, EPA, DOT, OSHA, Fire Marshall and State Board of Pharmacy.
