Responsible for marketing plan development, advertising campaigns, product line development and maintenance of the Business Development image through community outreach activities. Collaborate with Regional Director of Strategic Operations and Hospital CEOs to develop marketing efforts to support strategic initiatives.
The Marketing Operations Director is responsible to help create an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to improve performance and being responsible for the operation of the department, measurement, assessment and continuous improvement of the department's performance.
This role will lead a team in establishing the overall roadmap and plan, developing specific business high level requirements, managing demand and prioritization and determining product and service strategy.
The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for strategic implementation of marketing programs and supervision of a marketing manager team to drive critical business initiatives, including sales growth; market penetration; customer retention; client acquisition and retention; client value creation; and improved margins and market share within a designated region of Higher Education.
The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for managing the direction and execution of the companys visual branding/look-and-feel, as well as all digital/print communications strategies and programs including global websites and intranet, SEO/SEM/social/inbound marketing programs, press and analyst relations, trade shows/event planning, advertising, demand generation, and collateral materials.
