The Local Market Sales Manager (LMSM ) is responsible for developing and growing profitable car rental and truck rental revenue in a defined geographic territory to support the company's off airport car and Budget Truck business strategy.
In this role, you will play a key role in in a variety of projects by performing operational assessments and analyses, researching and identifying best practices, facilitating groups and teams, managing projects, presenting results and recommendations, and developing measurement tools, to improve operating processes toward greater efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you will work with external health systems to evaluate how company Rhythm Management products may enable in profitable operations, long - term cost containment, risk avoidance and other financially - beneficial outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensures meeting of budgetary cost center constraints and takes corrective action when needed. Prepares and delivers, in accordance with National Account program guidelines, sales presentations that address the established clients needs and leads to sales growth in assigned National Account customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for overall performance of branches within an assigned area. Performance accountabilities and responsibilities primarily include service, sales and operational performance across all segments within the retail branch banking network. Provide leadership and coaching to group of branch managers on these primary areas.
In this role, the selected candidate will represent the Credit Acceptance commitment to excellent customer service and dependability; consult and continue to develop existing dealer accounts in assigned territory.
