The Director works directly with the campus administrator and the executive team on the campus to develop and implement business development initiatives that are in harmony with the campuss strategic plan and priorities.
Monitor, manage and evaluate acquisition targets and individual contribution / performance on an ongoing basis; ensure the team understands the acquisition and revenue goals and provide staff with appropriate feedback and direction to assure goals are met on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensures the integration of fiscal Supplier goals and planned account goals with state level programming and promotion business plans. Secures agreement on pricing approach, standards, and process/procedures.
