Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting - sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for cross company training and new hire orientations and providing continuous improvement of learning opportunities across the organization to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the company's efforts.
In this role, the selected candidate should have familiarity with M&A, venture capital and commercial finance. Representation includes debtors and creditors, including private equity firms, investment and mezzanine funds, investment and commercial banks, finance companies and alternative lending sources, in virtually every type of financial transaction.
Supporting the firms Civic Engagement Program in the states of AL, FL, GA, NC, MS and SC to manage and deploy a network of JPMC executives that have been trained to engage with elected officials and community leaders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 yrs experience of traditional corporate securities practice; experience with public and private securities offerings and securities reporting and mergers and acquisitions.
