The representative is responsible for understanding and identifying a customers needs, support pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy and market access, deliver sales results and ensure that company is viewed as a valued partner to healthcare professionals and their patients.
The Oncology Clinical Specialist primary responsibility is to support demand creation by delivering medical education programs and clinical support to nurses and other medical professionals as clinically directed by Oncology Clinical Specialist leadership and deployed by District Managers.
In this role, you will participate in hospital programs for Quality Assessment and Improvement, identifying opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as
appropriate and consistent with goals of Nemours.
This position will be working with the most exciting, high tech operating room equipment available. You will provide clinical, teaching, educational, technical and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers during surgical procedures. Build and maintain solid customer relationships and provide customer training at all levels.
In this role, the selected candidate will regularly use a variety of analytical tools to understand and evaluate the business in order to best determine how to accomplish sales objectives and apply resources such as HCP educational programs, samples, etc in an effective and ethical manner.
