Design and create graphics to convey the value of technology projects/investments, particularly in support of technology goals;prepare data visualizations to provide insights, make raw data actionable and facilitate decision-making.
Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships via phone; ability to communicate complex technical topics with users at all levels of technical expertise.
The Business Analyst's primary objective is in helping with the implementation of technology solutions in a cost-effective, efficient way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Evaluate possible process improvements via business case and management agreement in the shared services business; scoping of process improvement projects to address need vs want scenarios to develop short term and long term initiatives.
Responsible to gather customer requirements, prepare and manage detailed functional specifications, work with developers to ensure the solution meets business needs, and facilitate testing including managing test issues.

Provides subject matter expertise for curriculum development; participates in the development of training courseware; conducts research and identifies key training elements to meet learning objectives.
