In this role, you will provide expertise on trading services to institutional clients, money managers, advisors and internal trading desks including trade processing, drift review, quality assurance, data management/entry and ad-hoc maintenance.
In this role, you will provide support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.
In this role, the candidate will analyze Kronos requests for change, configure, and test new functionality, create or update design documents, unit test, and implementation plans, and test new functionality for small to medium processes and/or functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellence in customer service support, incidence tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
