This role will lead a team in establishing the overall roadmap and plan, developing specific business high level requirements, managing demand and prioritization and determining product and service strategy.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the execution of business development, ongoing business expansion (i.e. cross-sell and up-sell), and successful handoff of newly developed or expanded business to appropriate implementation personnel in such a fashion as to achieve corporate targets of market penetration.

In this role, you will inform, educate and communicate programs and services to hospitals, managed care companies, businesses, EAP programs and other mental health professionals within the State of Florida.
Develop & manage effective member acquisition/product distribution strategies & approaches including direct sales (W2), use of independent agents (Brokers), as well as leveraging other voluntary (self-enrollment) & non-voluntary (auto-assignments) channels.
The Sr Director is responsible for partnering with the business to develop strategic, innovative and impactful learning initiatives. This position will work with business partners to develop customized solutions and make recommendations to meet their business needs and to ensure that associates are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and leadership capabilities to maximize their roles and exceed business goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the tracking and reporting (of pipelines, success rates, costs, financial performance, etc.) pertaining to the Company's business development efforts in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive fashion.
