Provides support to the financial analysis team in the preparation and delivery the analysis of metrics and financial information including more complex financial analysis for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
The training program includes: rotation through the various departments and duties in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility; education on the interrelationships of the facility with outside parties and government agencies (such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services); and a study of regulations and requirements associated with the operation of a skilled nursing facility.
Promotes staff development through training, cross - training, and career planning.Trains staff in the area of customer service, sales, operations,and Bank products.Ensures that ongoing sales and product service training is provided.
Responsible for directing the overall operation of the facilitys activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as directed by the governing board and for ensuring that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times.
Provides clinical trial support to identify potential sites, resolve issues with enrolled sites, and participate in meetings as appropriate, including site initiation visits and investigator launch meetings.
