The Project Managers duties will vary as required to support the project team. The Project Manager and Superintendent or Project Superintendent will work as a complementary team where the sum of their efforts is greater than their individual efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for shepherding projects through the company project lifecycle. They provide enterprise management for all project related activities and are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a project in accordance with the company project life cycle.
The Senior Project Manager will provide exceptional leadership with clear direction and accountability for major capital project installations from initial budget requests and cost estimating, through phased engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in a World Class Manufacturing environment, utilizing established Project Management Standards. Will be responsible for several large projects in unison, completed with the highest regard for safety, environment, quality and reliability, as well as performance ethics.
The Project Manager will lead company construction, engineering and/or performance contracting projects according to contract documents. They are responsible for project safety, quality, budget and schedule performance, including subcontractors and vendors and customer satisfaction. Also, they will coordinate appropriate information flow among key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of project from start to finish.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to initiates the design and implementation of the operational and technical aspects of the project plans and develops and supports programming requests to meet project goals after upon thorough discussion with project stakeholders.
In this role, you will active listener with ability to communicate with all team members (internal and external) including project management concepts / value statements, high level technical concepts.
In this role, you will manage third party relationships involved in the overall implementation project to include scheduling activities, maintaining budget control and insuring deliverables are properly defined and completed on schedule.
