In this role, you will identify and screen high caliber candidates that match both the technical and intrapersonal skills required for each position; drive new employee onboarding programs focusing on retention.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies around all people processes and services including employee engagement, community involvement, recruiting/staffing, performance management, development and retention and ensuring appropriate resources are available. The selected candidate will work with plant management to establish proactive strategies to facilitate positive employee relations, engagement, and employee training and career development.
