The position will set direction for a two shift fabrication department, a weekend shift preventive maintenance team and a dedicated group of tooling engineers to meet the departments safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

In this role, you will manage, coordinate, schedule, and oversee metal treatment, plating, and coating projects from initiation through customer delivery for customers in aerospace, ship building, construction, pipelines, large machine construction, etc.
