In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrate knowledge of basic infection control principles, universal precautions, blood-borne pathogens and personal protective equiptment, and sterile technique.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions, and performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
In this role, the selected candidate will communicate with the physician, residents, family members, charge nurse, other interdisciplinary team members, and facility management regarding resident status as appropriate.

As a Staff Registered Nurse (Hemodialysis RN) you see your patients three to four times each week for a few hours at a time; while they receive their treatments. The dialysis lifestyle can be very trying for our patients. By forming relationships with them, our nurses understand each patient's unique needs and help ease some of their burden.
In this role, you will assist in the development of criteria to measure outcomes, assists in the analysis of data for quality improvement, interprets study results, identifies limitations and barriers and recommends alternatives.
In this role, you will work with the patient and the family to develop a prioritized patient problem list and helps develop plans of care. He / She will also evaluate the patient/family response to care and makes appropriate adjustments as needed.
