The Area HR Manager Stores will have demonstrated the ability to Apply strategic planning techniques to proactively meet the HR needs of the assigned client group (an indicator of the competency Planning & Organizing).
Develop and maintain key relationships at all levels throughout the business, and HR. Develop and leverage appropriate line of business or function knowledge, keeping up to date with the developments in the business
Directs and controls corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within their warehouse operations section. Monitors key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations.
