This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a global portfolio, including developing the strategy and business plan, driving new product development, gaining cross functional alignment and driving the execution of the business plan.
This executive will be responsible for the strategic direction, management and performance of our global finished goods network, which includes distribution for all finished product to both Retail and DTC customers
This role involves significant partnership with Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, Brokerage, Commercial Advisors, Private Bankers and Financial Advisors and will be a key player in growing a senior book of business and helping shape the strategic direction of the firm overall.
Works in conjunction with Business Services Officers to promote Merchant, Payroll and Workplace Banking initiatives and provides a pipeline of business; collaborates with other business lines to fully expand customers total banking relationships.
Provide ongoing sales coaching, product training, and development of sales enablement tools; collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to identify and act on opportunities of improvement.
This position is responsible for driving our consumer direct strategy through branded and factory outlet stores across multiple concepts. With alignment to the overall regional Brand strategic business plan, develops and implements the strategy for the brick and mortar business and ensures all sales, profitability, margin, consumer, and operational objectives are achieved through all store and back office functions.
