Executes test transactions in line with test plans. Codes and tests computer programs of low complexity and scope, works with detailed program specifications, and utilizes standard procedures and techniques.
You will interact closely with the architecture and driver teams at company in ensuring the best possible experience on current generation hardware, and on determining trends and features for next generation architectures.
Assists technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to system functions, programming, and procedures. Writes documentation of all procedures used in the system. Develops detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple programs.
Demonstrated understanding of high-throughput, real-time signal and/or video processing technology with experience in MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MPEG-DASH, HLS, video muxing and de-muxing, and/or codecs such as H.264 and H.265.
Study and develop cutting-edge techniques in deep learning, graphs, machine learning, and data analytics, and perform in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure the best possible performance on current- and next-generation GPU architectures.
Successful candidates will have solid experience in BIOS/UEFI development on IA-32 or IA-64 architecture, external interfaces, product constraints, along with ability to develop architectures/features that meet these constraints while providing new value for the platform. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of source code development, review and maintenance (C/C++), and unit and system level test and verification.
Work with R & D, Operations, Enterprise, and Software V & V to ensure a development and test process, which complies with regulations and uses best practices to make an effective and efficient process.
