In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building candidate pools for open positions by qualifying, interviewing conducting reference & background checks and pre-employment assessments.
In this role, you will coordinate all contacts between candidates and recruiter/hiring manager, including setting up phone screens, on-site interviews, booking travel and accommodation, sending out calendar invites, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Hiring Manager to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers; work with Hiring Managers and make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop, execute and manage attraction, generation, and delivery strategies for external talent. Specifically, uses Internet technologies to source and recruit talent.
