This individual will ensure that all programs for new-employee orientation, preceptor training, our Annual In-service Marathon (AIM) Day nurses technical training, clinical services, and UltraCare®quality initiatives comply with FMS standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure comfortable transition of patient to hospice care by providing hospice education and orientation, education in disease process and preparation for end of life care needs, plan of care initiation, and coordination of care with multiple hospice and non-hospice service providers.

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of quality nursing care for acutely ill inpatients or outpatients including those who require cardiac monitoring in accordance with age related and individual needs, physicians orders, hospital policy, standards of care and nursing practice.
