Responsible for both internal and external reporting including weekly reports, monthly dashboards and metrics and resolution of trouble spots holding larger functional team accountable for deliverables.
Responsible for strategic facility planning, lease management, infrastructure improvements, and facility program implementation including operations and maintenance, security, safety, and emergency planning.
The Sr. Project Engineer/Project Manager supports project and development initiatives, such as: stream, river and estuary restoration; Hydrologic, Hydraulic, and Geomorphic Analyses; bioengineering, urban stormwater retrofit, stormwater treatment/green infrastructure, flood hazard mitigation, and infrastructure master planning.
Actively participate in open, honest, and effective communication with our field crews and all levels of management. Perform professional and persuasive written and verbal communication as to insure favorable relationships with companys Clients.
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury - Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others and enforce IFE program on projects. Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems.
