As Area Manager your knowledge of the various scopes of work performed (operations, p&ls, management) is required; responsibilities and experience would include managing daily operations, safety, admin, maintenance, and business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience by improving relationships between the business and key stakeholders, improving synergy and communication within WD+C and be pro-active in resolving issues before they escalate.
In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external customers to support sales and print initiatives. Train, mentor, lead and discipline staff. Schedule and manage production workflow, employees and equipment to ensure quality production and on time delivery.

Develop and implement strategic pricing agreements with outside counsel. Develop industry leading engagement model and performance management framework for company legal to follow when working with outside counsel.
Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a horticulture, native plant material knowledge, crew management of a minimum of 30 people, high level of client services and satisfaction, budgets, labor management, forecasting, and basic financial reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate must have worked his or her way up from the field to management and operations, have a boots-to-ground attitude, be hands-on, and enjoy mentoring & guiding the team in the field.
