The ideal HR Manager candidate will demonstrate a high-energy level with strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead people in the achievement of organizational excellence.
Act as the first point of contact for leadership group and associates. Consults on a wide spectrum of HR issues including guidance on associate engagement, performance management, total compensation, human resources development and talent management. Provide counsel and regulatory compliance on employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, etc.
The Human Resources Manager promotes and supports a positive culture with all staff while promoting efficient and effective program operations, and playing a collaborative role in the development of highly efficient integrated organizational systems, including business services, and risk management.
The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for facilitating partnerships across the Human Resources function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
