The Inside Sales professional will partner with the rest of the AACER sales team, work collaboratively with client services and operations and drive business development success through prospecting for new business and online presentation skills.
The individual in this role is responsible for answering product inquiries, taking customer orders, coordinating delivery with Dispatch, and coordinating with internal company departments and vendors in a fast-paced office. Customers include distributors, developers, contractors, and installers. This position is often combined with customer service initiatives and providing support to Outside Sales Representatives as needed.
The Inside Partner Sales Representative will create and expand existing product and service channels, enabling Partners to address customer demand and capture market opportunity beyond Puppet core focus and resources.
