The Human Resources Manager promotes and supports a positive culture with all staff while promoting efficient and effective program operations, and playing a collaborative role in the development of highly efficient integrated organizational systems, including business services, and risk management.
Provide counsel to management and employees on various human resources matters including employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits, and recruitment support.
The ideal candidate will also help transition teammates to our new state-ofthe-art facility in Portland and drive efforts with key teammates to develop Under Armours culture within the Portland Office. This involves attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent needed to support the growth of Under Armour.
Formulate and recommend program goals and objectives in all areas of employee relations. Develop, implement, and administer (through a variety of techniques) the management-labor relations area of the Human Resources program in an effort to improve labor relations.
