In this role, you will review, analyze, summarize, and report financial data/information to increase understanding of operating costs and drive accountability to improve performance. The selected candidate will review and analyze monthly financial reports and variance analysis of budget to actual results.
In this role, you will prepares monthly and quarterly financial analysis and status reports of on-going business activities, e.G., operating performance vs. Budget, status of major spending activities.
In this role, you will facilitate communication between and among operations, financial partners, developers, attorneys, appraisers and other parties as necessary to complete required pre closing activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining other insurance information, determining order of benefits, coordinating renouncement and/or avoidance of payment as appropriate in an effort to reduce medical expense.
This position will support the Travel team and will also work with the Payroll team within the Disbursement Operations (FTDP) group. This position will analyze department policies and other guidelines to review internal processes around payroll and travel and provide recommendations for process improvements to federal staff.
