In this role, the selected candidate will direct the operation of multiple units and/or departments by identifying customer and operational needs; analyzing resources, costs, and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; gaining cross-functional support for business plans and priorities.
In this position you will be responsible for operational leadership and strategic integration of the cancer clinics, including, but not limited to, Medical Oncology/Hematology Clinics, Oncology Specialty Clinics, Thoracic Surgery and Integrative Medicine in collaboration with the Executive team and physician leadership.
