In this role you will include salary planning, bonus payouts, retail bonus plan administration, equity / LTCIP planning, market pricing, survey submissions and analysis, benchmarking, creating reports and compensation analytics.
Plan and model commission expense in collaboration with Sales executives, Finance and Human resources. Gather data from multiple sources and develop models for analysis of various plan design options and review incentive payout calculations.
In this role, you will evaluate jobs using available market data and identified internal equity to assign the position to a market competitive pay range. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating new and revised positions, benchmarking and pricing jobs, compensation data analysis, salary survey submission and reporting and administration of compensation program activities.
