This Sales & Marketing Group/Sales Enablement Group (SMG/SEG) Communication Specialist position is primarily responsible for written communications and internal portal work for SEG & SMG to aid in getting the right content out at the right time, through the right vehicle to help drive the field's success.
Works at the sales counter to serve in-store customers as assigned. Contributes to add-on sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Handles customer inquiries and problem resolution when an outside salesperson is not available.
Develop superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for Respiratory Biologics and appropriate patients.
