Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.

In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate maintenance of all office equipment and snack machines; maintain office in an orderly fashion throughout the day. (lobby, conference rooms, work room, kitchen).
In this role, the selected candidate will perform more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions.
