In this role, the selected candidate will provide assistance to Quality Technicians and Technical Specialists to ensure proper completion of Root Cause/Corrective Action. Provide assistance to testing personnel to ensure that documentation and data associated with Nonconformance Reports is accurate and adequate.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective investigation of devices and information supplied through the complaint management process, as well as the facilitation of actions identified to improve device quality, reliability, customer experience and patient safety.
