The Material Supervisor is assigned to the Construction Team, and is responsible for supporting the Site Manager/Site Coordinator on material/supply acceptance, storage, handling on site and verification.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials and products. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluations.
Participating in, and promoting Quality at daily, weekly and monthly performance review meetings. Develop and oversee metrics tracking to ensure improvement activities address and correct identified deficiencies and non-conformances.
Ensure that interior/exterior maintenance, capital improvements, purchasing, preventive maintenance and workplace safety are performed in accordance with company standards and procedures and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Supervises, interviews and hires call center representatives.Track and report on complaint trends and submit recommendations to Manager/Director for employee education needs and operational enhancements.
Oversees all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues and must remain current with latest HVAC technology trends. Maintains on-going communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team and vendors.
Provide leadership to and management of control system engineers, suppliers and contractors. This includes management, training, coaching, work prioritization and leadership to mill control engineers and contractors.
