The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring: all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with FAA regulations and corporate quality standards; the maintenance team has the right skills, training, and tools and equipment to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide direct supervision of the parts room team. Develop and lead a high performance work team through coaching and teaching best practices in purchasing and inventory management principles. Leverage internal and external training opportunities as approved to enhance the skill level of team members.
In this role, you will maintain up to date and accurate maintenance data, including records of all maintenance and repair activities conducted, purchase orders for spare/replacement parts and spare parts inventory.
In this role, you will be accountable for directing overall operation of the facility and its people with an emphasis on assuring the business is operated in compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements of the business.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the engineering staff and activities among the production units in the plant, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and materials engineering.
