In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a training and development program that ensures all employees are well prepared and qualified to perform their job; and that their skills and knowledge continue to improve.

In this role, the selected candidate will have prior Environmental Services/Custodial Management experience in a hospital/healthcare environment and excellent presentation skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct needs analysis to determine most critical areas for improvement in training programs for high-volume positions including Drivers and Warehouse Selectors.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for clinical teams (including operational teams, where integrated) performing one or more of the following activities: care review/utilization management (prior authorizations, inpatient/outpatient medical necessity, etc.), case management, transition of care, health management and/or member assessment.
In this role, you will provide the leadership and support necessary to ensure a formalized HS&S management system capable of being third party certified and sustained locally at each manufacturing site.
