Must have a track record of new product introduction, employee interaction, upgrading existing products to improve image and function, a keen understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, and manufacturing plant experience.
As a Program Manager, you will provide comprehensive support and leadership to the R&D team while also ensuring that business requirements are well-communicated and fulfilled. Due to the novelty of the device, the Program Manager will be expected to work independently and climb a steep learning curve.
Provide guidance to client and contractor resources personnel in support of IT project; define and document the objectives for the project, budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference for project teams.
Plan and execute major technology refreshes and upgrades. Lead design and testing of new technologies; partner with technical product architecture team and operations team to transition into the environment, operationalize, and lifecycle manage.
Manage all stages of the IT projects assigned, including planning, implementing and monitoring activities. Work with IT line managers and team member to develop project plans and activities with appropriate tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines. Provide all levels of project communications and work with project sponsors to resolve issues, address changes and identify risks.
In this role, the selected candidate will support site applications on a day to day basis working with technical and business resources; act as technical resource to operating department managers regarding information technology and the use thereof.
The Manager, Infrastructure Technical Services will lead the technical direction, design, development, delivery and leadership of strategic new Technology initiatives in addition to the supervision of the release management process Team and Oracle RMS Infrastructure Team.
Drives all phases of the project life cycle while adhering to PMO standard practices, including but not limited to project conception, requirements definition, work breakdown, resource allocation and budgeting/forecasting, procurement coordination, risk management, change control, issue escalation/resolution and overall control of project scope.
