In this position you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities dependent upon the needs of the business. Primary responsibilities may include sourcing and screening of active and passive candidates, client and candidate interactions, requisition and pipeline management, as well as processing tasks related to candidate employment and various other administrative support functions.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the daily administration of the module, Partner with HR Leadership and other system administrators to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting Experienced Hire or Campus Recruiters across the end-to-end recruiting process, plan and execute recruiting initiatives for professional, PhDs, Masters, or Undergraduate candidates updating candidate data in applicant tracking system and coordinating various activities between candidates, agencies, hiring managers and recruiters.
