Plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operation, including full profit and loss responsibility, while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies to accomplish regional and divisional goals.

analyze sales reports and business results and take appropriate action to capitalize on strengths and deficiencies of product and market; partnering with merchandising, distribution and District Manager to implement in a timely and efficient manner.
The individual in this position will work with the US&C VP of Productivity Product Sales to define goals and strategic plans to drive S&PS adoption of our solutions across both named strategic end user target accounts and the territory as a whole.

The RDO will maintain P&L responsibility at the practice level and will be responsible for setting and managing to an annual budget. The RDO will lead a team of managers and front line staff with a focus on growing individuals to become future leaders.
