In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Unit Manager following the American Nurses Association (ANA) standards of practice, and code of ethics within a Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
The RN is accountable for his/her own professional development and practice within the scope of care defined by law. Utilizing organizational resources, the RN acts as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement activities.

In this role, you will assess patient's health status, collects and documents data to charts, determines diagnosis by analyzing collected data, determines and implements plan of care, and evaluates patient's progress.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment, identifying and determining the priority of patients/ residents/clients problems/needs, and evaluating the process and outcome of nursing care.
