In this position, you will plan and coordinate projects utilizing Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget.
In this role, you will partner with GTI, IT and business partners to identify , model, and execute on risk analysis and cost save opportunities around Shared storage/infrastructure, and application specific storage and infrastructure.
In this role, you will coordinate all freelance/contractor activities, anticipating and solving problems; coordinate all production-related author tasks and scheduling, and check all stages of manuscripts and proofs.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage every aspect of the development process including consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments and landlord interaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, manage and execute master Ohio Benefits/Business Intelligence project plan, scheduling, dependencies, risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
The selected candidate will monitor projects on an ongoing basis by tracking the project budget, evaluate progress and quality of tasks and deliverables, manage issue resolution and risk mitigation as necessary.
This position is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire construction project from biding, contract administration, start-up through closeout and will be responsible for ensuring that the owner's expectations and budgetary guidelines are met for 25 million dollar projects.
