In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store teams (Store Managers, Customer Service Associates and Warehouse personnel) with focus on excellent customer service and selling skills.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work both independently and in a team oriented environment; prior knowledge and experience in the residential and/or commericial window and door industry will be a plus, but not required.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversight of sample testing, process validation and equipment selection would follow (with the help of a process engineer, if required). Issuing sales proposals, conducting sales negotiations and monitoring contract execution complete the list of responsibilities.
In this role, the selected candidate manages and provides guidance to the personnel responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects; leads and manages multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools.
In this role, you will captures and consolidates sales & equipment forecast and provides analytical support and manages the communication of forecast to finance, trade assets, and senior management teams on an ongoing basis to improve forecast accuracy.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient process flow of production activities. Works very closely with the Production professionals, Editing, and Sales to create efficiencies in work-flows and processes.
