The Benefits/Payroll Manager will be responsible for the implementation and administration of employee benefit programs such as medical, vision and dental plans, life insurance, short and long term disability programs, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, health savings and flexible spending accounts. Additionally, this Manager will be responsible for all payroll related matters.
The successful candidate will help this globally distributed organization by owning the responsibility for accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of health benefits for new hires and existing team members, assisting in the processing of vendor invoices, create periodic forecasting for benefits cost changes, and oversee calculation and payment of sales commissions . In this role, you must be comfortable working autonomously and in a fast paced / ever changing environment.
