Manage, direct and coordinate all operations directly related to production and shipment of all products produced by the facility: Materials Management, Manufacturing and Manufacturing Systems, Facilities Engineering/Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, Process Engineering, Purchasing.
This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, leadership and management of a manufacturing plant. This position reports to a director of operations and regularly reports on plant performance.
Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for plant personnel. Responsible for maintaining employee information in the companys HRIS. Maintains local organizational charts and employee directory.

Manages Mobile Crew Leaders and Crew members while maintaining working relationships with Property Managers and other Key Clients. Travels as needed to meet with Mobile Techs and key customers in order to train, ensure work quality and drive efficiencies.
A management position responsible for coordinating all facility repairs and PM activities within and supporting the new OSD manufacturing facility. Position has responsibility for supervising/directing internal resources as well as contract service providers.
The Manufacturing Services Manager will be responsible for and oversee Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities; this position will include meeting and exceeding operating objectives and contributing to a safe, cost-effective, and productive work environment.
The Plant Manager is responsible for effectively planning, directing and coordinating all activities of the Massillon, OH Plant. Responsibilities include safety, environmental, quality, production, cost control and leadership of the Plant workforce.
Must have a track record of new product introduction, employee interaction, upgrading existing products to improve image and function, a keen understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, and manufacturing plant experience.
