Partner with marketing & sales to assure equipment strategy is consistent with customer expectations and trends, and Marketing Growth plans (i.e. Label strategy, small batch sizes to match customer orders, etc.).
Responsibilities also include the application of Engineering principles through participation in the collection and analysis of data and the initial preparation of satisfactory designs and technical reports.
Lead customer interaction efforts to be able to do research and analysis to determine customer needs of their equipment, all product specifications, manuals and the feasibility of the actual design of the product.
